Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform additional desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The FHL1 gene encodes a member of the four-and-a-half-LIM-only protein family. These proteins contain tandem zinc finger domains with conserved cysteines binding zinc atoms.
Expression is cell- and tissue-specific, and mutations are associated with Emery-Dreifuss muscular dystrophy. Multiple splice variants yield different isoforms.
