Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- For formalin-fixed tissues, heat tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, then cool at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Cytokeratin pan은 중간 필라멘트 단백질의 하위군으로, 다양한 생화학적 특성을 가지며 인간 상피조직에서 최소 20종 이상의 폴리펩타이드로 구성됩니다.
사이토케라틴은 분자량 40–68 kDa, 등전점 4.9–7.8 범위를 가지며, 상피의 종류와 분화 정도에 따라 발현 패턴이 달라집니다.
이러한 발현 패턴은 다양한 상피성 악성종양의 감별 진단에 유용하며, 면역조직화학, 세포병리학, 유세포분석 등에서 종양 연구 및 진단 보조 마커로 활용됩니다.
케라틴의 조성은 세포 유형, 분화 단계, 성장 환경 및 질병 상태에 따라 달라지며, 암 연구 및 종양 진단에서 중요한 지표로 사용됩니다.
