Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional round of desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

RAD9 is a key component of the 9-1-1 cell cycle checkpoint response complex involved in DNA repair.
The 9-1-1 complex is recruited to DNA lesions by the RAD17-replication factor C clamp loader complex.
RAD9 functions as a sliding clamp platform on DNA for proteins engaged in long-patch base excision repair.
