Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
NUDT10 cleaves a beta-phosphate from the diphosphate groups in PP-InsP5 (diphosphoinositol pentakisphosphate), suggesting a role in signal transduction. It catalyzes the hydrolysis of dinucleoside oligophosphates, with Ap6A and Ap5A as preferred substrates, producing ADP and p4a (from Ap6A) or ADP and ATP (from Ap5A). It can also hydrolyze 5-phosphoribose 1-diphosphate.
