Target Information
TRIB3 (also known as TRB-3, SINK, SKIP3) is a member of the Tribbles family, a group of proteins that regulate cell division and MAPK signaling. Overexpression of TRIB3 inhibits NF-κB-dependent transcription induced by TNF stimulation without preventing NF-κB nuclear translocation or DNA binding. TRIB3/SKIP3 is overexpressed in multiple human tumors and is regulated by hypoxia.
