Target Information
TRIB3는 세포 분열 억제 단백질로, Drosophila의 형태형성 과정에서 유사분열을 차단하는 기능을 합니다. 포유류의 TRIB3는 MAPK 활성을 조절하는 Trbs 단백질군의 구성원으로, NF-κB 의존적 전사를 억제하지만 핵 내 이동이나 DNA 결합은 억제하지 않습니다. 또한 TRIB3/SKIP3는 다양한 인간 종양에서 과발현되며, 저산소 상태에 의해 조절됩니다.
