• Reconstitution:
  Reconstitute with 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL of double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
  Shipped as lyophilized powder at room temperature.
  Upon arrival, store at −20°C.
  Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week.
  For longer storage, aliquot and keep at −20°C.
  Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
  Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

TSH Receptor gene encodes a membrane protein that regulates thyroid cell metabolism.
It acts as a receptor for thyrotropin and thyrostimulin, with activity mediated by adenylate cyclase.
Defects in this gene are associated with several types of hyperthyroidism.
Three transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
