Target Information
TAOK1은 serine/threonine-protein kinase로, p38을 포함한 스트레스 반응성 MAP kinase 경로 및 ERK kinases (MEKs)의 조절에 관여합니다. TAOK1은 MEK3와의 결합 및 활성화를 통해 p38 경로 조절에 중요한 역할을 하며, 세포 분열 진행의 주요 조절 인자로서 염색체 배열 및 세포주기 점검에 관여합니다. 또한 TAOK1은 세포 골격 안정성, DNA 손상 반응, 세포자멸사 조절 등 다양한 세포 과정에 관여합니다. MAP2K3, MAP2K6, MARK2를 인산화하며, p38/MAPK14 경로 활성화를 매개합니다.
