MA1-611 항체는 rat 및 human 조직의 prolactin (PRL) receptor를 검출합니다.
다른 종의 PRL receptor나 GH receptor와는 교차 반응하지 않습니다.
- Western blot, IF, IHC (4% PFA 고정 조직), ICC에서 성공적으로 사용됨
- WB에서 NB2 세포 라이세이트 내 약 42 kDa의 PRL receptor 단백질 검출
- IHC에서 세포질 소포성 염색 패턴 관찰
- In vitro에서 prolactin과 prolactin receptor의 결합 억제에 사용 가능

Target Information
Prolactin (PRL)은 뇌하수체 호르몬으로, 유즙 분비 자극, 염분 및 수분 조절, 성장과 생식에 관여합니다.
PRL은 세포막의 prolactin receptor(PRLR)에 결합하여 신호전달 경로를 통해 작용합니다.
PRLR은 cytokine receptor 계열에 속하며, 조직 및 종에 따라 40–100 kDa 범위의 크기를 가집니다.
PRLR은 5개의 cysteine을 포함한 prolactin 결합 부위를 가진 세포외 영역, 단일 막관통 영역, 그리고 리간드 결합 및 세포 기능 조절에 영향을 미치는 세포질 영역으로 구성됩니다.
