Target Information
CD31 (platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1, PECAM-1)은 T세포 및 B세포 신호 조절에 관여하는 억제성 공동수용체입니다. ITIM 모티프를 통해 단백질-티로신 인산화효소와 결합하여 신호 억제 기능을 수행합니다.
CD31은 혈관계 전체에 널리 발현되며, 인접 세포 간 접합부에 주로 위치합니다. N-말단 Ig-유사 도메인은 동종 결합을 담당하여 세포 간 상호작용에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
