Target Information
Bcl-6 proto-oncogene product는 Kruppel-type zinc-finger 단백질로, 정상 생식 중심 B 세포 및 관련 림프종에서 주로 발현됩니다. 이 단백질은 비호지킨 림프종의 3q27 염색체 재배열에 관여하며, 33%–45%의 미만성 대형 B세포 림프종에서 Bcl-6 재배열이 관찰됩니다. 또한 Bcl-6는 면역조직화학적으로 여포성 림프종, 미만성 대형 B세포 림프종, 버킷 림프종 및 결절성 림프구 우세형 호지킨병에서 검출됩니다.
