Target Information
Activin A receptor type II-like 1 (ACVRL1)는 TGF-β 슈퍼패밀리 리간드에 대한 type I 세포 표면 수용체입니다.
ACVRL1은 다른 type I 수용체와 유사하게 보존된 serine-threonine kinase 서브도메인, kinase 도메인 앞의 glycine/serine-rich GS 도메인, 짧은 C말단 꼬리를 포함합니다.
ACVRL1의 변이는 Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia type 2 (HHT2) 및 Fibrodysplasia Ossificans Progressiva (FOP) 등 희귀 유전 질환과 연관되어 있습니다.
