Target Information

EEF1A1 promotes the GTP-dependent binding of aminoacyl-tRNA to the A-site of ribosomes during protein biosynthesis. Together with PARP1 and TXK, it forms a complex acting as a Th1 cell-specific transcription factor that binds the IFN-gamma promoter to regulate transcription, playing a crucial role in Th1 cytokine production.
