Target Information
PI4K2B lipid kinase는 phosphatidylinositol 4-kinase (PI4K) 패밀리에 속하며, phosphatidylinositol을 인산화하여 phosphatidylinositol 4-phosphate (PIP)를 생성합니다. 이는 여러 중요한 신호 및 스캐폴딩 분자의 전구체로 작용합니다.
PI4K2B는 주로 세포질에 존재하며, 막으로 이동하여 phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate 합성을 촉진합니다. 이 효소는 phosphatidylinositol을 주된 기질로 사용하며, phosphatidylinositol monophosphates에는 활성이 없습니다.
