Target Information

ASK1은 두 가지 MAPKK 하위 그룹인 MKK4와 MKK6을 활성화하며, 이들은 각각 JNK와 p38 MAP kinase를 활성화합니다.
ASK1/MAPKKK5는 TNFR 및 Fas를 통해 TRAF 계열 및 Daxx 단백질과의 상호작용으로 활성화됩니다.
