This Goat anti-Human IgM (Heavy chain), Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody reacts specifically with the human IgM heavy chain, showing no cross-reactivity with human IgG, IgA, or immunoglobulins from other species including monkey IgM.
Each lot’s sensitivity and specificity are validated by ELISA.

Recombinant antibodies are generated using cloned genes encoding the desired antibody, expressed in vitro via an appropriate vector system. Advantages include improved specificity, animal-origin-free formulation, and consistent performance across lots.
It is recommended to titrate the antibody for optimal assay performance.
