Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
OPLAH catalyzes the cleavage of 5-oxo-L-proline to form L-glutamate, coupled to the hydrolysis of ATP to ADP and inorganic phosphate.
Reaction: ATP + 5-oxo-L-proline + 2 H₂O → ADP + phosphate + L-glutamate
