Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
TAX1BP3 may regulate multiple protein–protein interactions by competing for PDZ domain binding sites. It binds CTNNB1 and may act as an inhibitor of the Wnt signaling pathway. It competes with LIN7A for KCNJ4 binding, promoting KCNJ4 internalization. Additionally, it may be involved in the Rho signaling pathway and in activation of CDC42 by the viral protein HPV16 E6.
