Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The FYCO1 gene encodes a protein containing a RUN domain, FYVE-type zinc finger domain, and Golgi dynamics (GOLD) domain.
This protein mediates microtubule plus end-directed transport of autophagic vesicles through interactions with Rab7, phosphatidylinositol-3-phosphate (PI3P), and LC3.
Mutations in FYCO1 are associated with autosomal recessive congenital cataract-2 (CATC2).
