Target Information
ITPA (Inosine triphosphate pyrophosphatase) hydrolyzes non-canonical purine nucleotides such as ITP, dITP, dHAPTP, and XTP to their monophosphate forms. It prevents incorporation of abnormal purines into DNA and RNA, thereby maintaining genomic integrity.
