Product Specific Information

The GIGD7 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse TIGIT (T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains), a 26 kDa protein belonging to the PVR (poliovirus receptor) family.
In mice, TIGIT is expressed in follicular T helper cells, while in humans it is found on NK cells, regulatory T cells, follicular T helper cells, memory CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. TIGIT is absent in B cells and naive CD4+ T cells but is upregulated upon activation.

Super Bright 702 is a tandem dye excited by the violet laser (405 nm) and emits at 702 nm. Recommended bandpass filter: 710/50 nm. Ensure instrument compatibility.

When using multiple Super Bright dye-conjugated antibodies, use Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (Product # SB-4401) to minimize non-specific polymer interactions.

Light Sensitivity: Protect vial and stained samples from light due to photo-induced oxidation.
Fixation: Samples may be stored in IC Fixation Buffer (Product # 00-8222) or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product # 00-5333) for up to 3 days at 4°C in the dark with minimal impact on brightness and FRET efficiency.

TIGIT binds with high affinity to the poliovirus receptor (PVR), promoting IL10 secretion and reducing IL12B secretion. It suppresses T cell activation by inducing mature immunoregulatory dendritic cells.
