Target Information
CDC25A는 CDC25 인산가수분해효소 패밀리에 속하는 단백질로, 인간 세포에는 CDC25A, CDC25B, CDC25C 세 가지 유전자가 존재합니다. 이들은 세포 주기의 서로 다른 단계에서 기능하며, CDC25A는 G1 및 S 단계 진행에 필요합니다. CDC25A는 사이클린 의존성 키나아제 CDC2의 인산기를 제거하여 활성화시키며, DNA 손상에 반응하여 분해되어 염색체 이상이 있는 세포의 분열을 방지합니다. CDC25A는 온코진으로 알려져 있으나, 발암 과정에서의 정확한 역할은 아직 명확히 규명되지 않았습니다.
