Target Information
CDK1 (Cell Division Control protein 1)은 세포주기 조절에 필수적인 단백질로, START 단계 완성과 유사분열(mitosis) 개시를 담당합니다.
CDK1은 M-phase promoting factor의 촉매 서브유닛으로 작용하며, 진핵생물에서 보편적으로 존재합니다.
Photodynamic therapy 후 Bcl-2의 G2/M phase 인산화는 CDK1 매개 신호에 의해 조절되어 세포사멸(apoptosis)의 시작을 지연시킵니다.
또한 CDK 억제제 NU2058은 안드로겐 비의존성 전립선암에서 치료적 잠재력을 보인 바 있습니다.
