Target Information
NTRK3 (TRKC)는 신경영양 인자(neurotrophic factor) 계열 단백질로, 포유류 신경계의 발달 및 유지에 중심적인 역할을 합니다. TRK 수용체의 알려진 기질은 SHC, PI-3 kinase, PLCG1이며, 각 isoform은 서로 다른 신호 전달 특성을 가집니다. TRKC는 주로 신경 조직에 널리 발현되며, isoform B는 성인 뇌에서 태아 뇌보다 높은 수준으로 발현됩니다. TRKC는 리간드 매개 자가 인산화(auto-phosphorylation)를 거치며, 단백질 구조는 2개의 immunoglobulin-like C2-type domain과 2개의 leucine-rich (LRR) 반복을 포함합니다.
