Product Specific Information
- For immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Bromodeoxyuridine (5-bromo-2-deoxyuridine, BrdU)는 thymidine의 합성 유사체로, 세포 증식 검출에 널리 사용됩니다. BrdU는 DNA 복제(S기) 동안 새로 합성된 DNA에 통합되며, BrdU 특이 항체를 통해 DNA 복제 중인 세포를 검출할 수 있습니다. 항체 결합을 위해서는 일반적으로 산 또는 열에 의한 DNA 변성이 필요합니다.
