For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Insulin-like growth factor-II messenger RNA (mRNA)-binding protein-3 (IMP-3), also known as K homology domain-containing protein overexpressed in cancer (KOC) or L523S, is part of the IGF-II mRNA-binding protein family.
It is expressed during embryogenesis and in certain malignancies. IMP-3 is present in malignant melanoma but absent in benign nevi, even with dysplastic features. It is more highly expressed in melanomas than in Spitz nevi and is significantly elevated in metastatic melanomas compared to thin melanomas.
IMP-3 may play a key role in melanoma progression and the regulation of tumor behavior.
