Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
This antibody binds with high affinity to the poliovirus receptor (PVR), leading to increased secretion of IL10, decreased secretion of IL12B, and suppression of T cell activation through the generation of mature immunoregulatory dendritic cells.
