Target Information
IRS-1는 인슐린 수용체의 주요 기질로, 인슐린, IGF-1, IL-4 자극에 의해 인산화됩니다. 다양한 조직에서 serine, threonine, tyrosine 잔기에 인산화되며, casein kinase II가 IRS-1의 serine/threonine 인산화를 매개합니다.
Thr 502는 주요 인산화 부위로 확인되었으며, Ser 99 또한 casein kinase II에 의해 인산화됩니다. IRS-1은 14-3-3 단백질 결합 부위(Ser 270, Ser 374, Ser 641)를 포함하며, Ser 270 주변 모티프는 인슐린 수용체와의 결합에 관여합니다.
