Target Information
SERPINB5 (Maspin) is a tumor suppressor that blocks growth, invasion, and metastasis of mammary tumors.
It does not undergo the stressed-to-relaxed conformational transition typical of active serpins, thus exhibits no serine protease inhibitory activity.
