For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The proteasome is a multicatalytic proteinase complex with a highly ordered ring-shaped 20S core structure composed of four rings of 28 non-identical subunits (two rings of seven alpha subunits and two rings of seven beta subunits).
Proteasomes are abundant in eukaryotic cells and cleave peptides in an ATP/ubiquitin-dependent, non-lysosomal pathway.
The immunoproteasome processes class I MHC peptides.
The PSMB9 gene encodes a member of the proteasome B-type (T1B) family, a 20S core beta subunit located in the MHC class II region. Proteolytic processing is required to generate a mature subunit.
