Target Information
Proteasome은 고도로 정렬된 20S 코어 구조를 가진 다중 촉매 단백질 복합체입니다.
이 코어는 28개의 비동일 소단위체로 구성된 4개의 링으로 이루어져 있으며,
2개의 α-소단위체 링과 2개의 β-소단위체 링으로 구성됩니다.
Proteasome은 진핵세포 내에 높은 농도로 존재하며, ATP/ubiquitin 의존적 비-리소좀 경로에서 펩타이드를 절단합니다.
면역프로테아좀(immunoproteasome)은 MHC class I 펩타이드 처리에 필수적인 역할을 합니다.
PSMB9 유전자는 proteasome B-type (T1B family)에 속하며, 20S 코어의 β 소단위체를 암호화합니다.
이 유전자는 MHC class II 영역 내에 위치하며, 성숙한 소단위체 생성을 위해 단백질 분해 과정이 필요합니다.
