• Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis
• Applications Tested: Tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes and human peripheral blood cells. Use at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.
• Fluorochrome: Alexa Fluor® 700 emits at 723 nm and can be excited with a 633 nm red laser. Instruments typically require a 685 LP mirror and 710/20 filter.

Target Information

Mouse IgG1 is a subtype of immunoglobulin G produced by B cells in response to antigens. It is the most abundant IgG subtype in serum and plays a key role in adaptive immunity, including:

• Opsonization
• Complement activation
• Antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC)
• Regulation of immune responses via T and B cell modulation

Mouse IgG1 is widely used in research and diagnostics such as ELISA, Western blotting, and immunohistochemistry, as well as in therapeutic research including immunotherapy and vaccine development.
