This P365D recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD365, also known as Tim-1, Kim-1, or Havcr1.
It has been pre-diluted and tested by flow cytometric analysis of 769P cells. Recommended usage is 5 µL (0.25 µg) per test in a final volume of 100 µL. Cell numbers may range from 10⁵ to 10⁸ cells/test.
Excitation: 488 nm; Emission: 519 nm; Laser: Blue Laser.
Post-manufacturing filtration: 0.2 µm.

Target Information

CD365 (Tim-1) is a type I surface glycoprotein with an extracellular N-terminal immunoglobulin V-like domain, a mucin domain, and a short cytoplasmic tail. The endogenous ligand is Tim-4.
CD365 acts as a receptor or co-receptor for multiple viruses, including hepatitis A/C, Ebola, Marburg, Dengue, Zika, West Nile, and Japanese encephalitis viruses, via phosphatidylserine binding.
Polymorphisms in the HAVCR1 gene are linked to infection susceptibility and disease severity.
CD365 is primarily expressed in epithelial cells and highly expressed in A549, 769-P, and Caco-2 cell lines. A soluble form also exists via metalloproteinase-mediated cleavage.
