Target Information

MET (c-Met) is a receptor-like tyrosine kinase implicated in various human cancers. Upon ligand activation, MET interacts with PI3K, PLCG1, SRC, GRB2, and STAT3, activating signaling cascades such as RAS-ERK, PI3K-AKT, and PLCγ-PKC.
MET is involved in embryonic development (gastrulation, muscle and neuron formation, angiogenesis, kidney development) and adult processes (wound healing, organ regeneration, tissue remodeling).
Dysregulation of MET is associated with gastric, renal, and breast cancers, making it a key target for cancer research and diagnostics.
