Interleukin 7 (IL-7)은 조혈성 사이토카인으로, 골수 및 흉선의 기질세포에서 지속적으로 생성됩니다. IL-7은 IL-7 수용체(IL-7R)를 통해 신호를 전달하여 조혈줄기세포가 림프계 전구세포로 분화하도록 유도하며, 이 전구세포는 T 세포, B 세포 및 자연살해세포(NK cell)로 발전합니다.
