For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

ANKMY2 (ankyrin repeat and MYND domain containing 2) is a 441 amino acid protein containing three ANK repeats and one MYND-type zinc finger.
The gene is located on human chromosome 7p21.1 and is conserved across multiple species including chimpanzee, dog, cow, mouse, chicken, zebrafish, fruit fly, mosquito, and Caenorhabditis elegans.
Downregulation of ANKMY2, often associated with deletions at chromosome 7p22.1, may contribute to the pathogenesis of natural killer (NK)-cell malignancies.
ANKMY2 expression is upregulated by Hox11, which affects hematopoiesis and promotes pre-leukemic states.
