Product Specific Information
- The monoclonal rat IgG2a is useful as an isotype control immunoglobulin.
- Reported Applications: Flow cytometric analysis.
- Tested Applications: Flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes and human peripheral blood cells. Use at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.
- Alexa Fluor® 532 is excited with the Green laser (532 nm) and emits at 561 nm. Not compatible with the Yellow-Green laser (561 nm). Recommended filter: 560/14 band pass.
- Excitation: 532 nm; Emission: 561 nm; Laser: Green Laser.
Target Information
Rat IgG2a는 연구 및 진단 응용에서 일반적으로 사용되는 면역글로불린 아형입니다.
쥐 면역계에서 생성되며 보체 활성화 및 항체 의존성 세포매개 세포독성(ADCC)을 유도할 수 있습니다.
분자량은 약 160 kDa이며, 두 개의 중쇄와 두 개의 경쇄로 구성됩니다.
쥐 모델 실험의 대조항체로 자주 사용되며, 유세포분석(flow cytometry) 및 면역조직화학(immunohistochemistry)에도 활용됩니다.
