Target Information
CD22 (BL-CAM)은 분자량 130~140 kDa의 type 1 integral membrane glycoprotein으로, B-림프구의 세포질 및 세포막에서 발현됩니다. CD22 항원은 B세포 분화 초기 단계에서 CD19 항원과 유사한 시기에 나타나며, 성숙 B세포(CD22+)와 형질세포(CD22-) 사이의 후기 분화 단계에서만 발현됩니다.
Hairy cell leukemia에서 강하게 발현되며, alpha2,6-linked sialic acid에 선택적으로 결합합니다. 면역 반응 시 tyrosine phosphorylation을 통해 B세포 항원 수용체 신호 조절에 관여하며, Src family tyrosine kinase와의 상호작용을 통한 신호의 양성 조절 및 phosphatase를 통한 음성 조절 기능을 가집니다.
Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma 및 nodular lymphocyte predominance Hodgkin’s lymphoma에서 CD22 양성, classical Hodgkin’s lymphoma에서는 음성입니다.
