Description:
The 34-1-2S monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse MHC class I molecules H-2Kd and H-2Dd. This cytotoxic antibody also cross-reacts with Kb, s, r, q, and p.

Applications Reported:
Suitable for flow cytometric analysis.

Applications Tested:
Tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes. Recommended use ≤ 0.5 µg per test (defined as the amount to stain a 100 µL sample). Cell number may range from 10⁵ to 10⁸ cells/test. Optimal concentration should be titrated for specific assays.

Storage and Handling:
Use in a sterile environment.
