• For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
• For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The MADCAM1 protein is an endothelial cell adhesion molecule that interacts preferentially with leukocyte beta7 integrin LPAM-1 (α4β7), L-selectin, and VLA-4 (α4β1) on myeloid cells. It directs leukocytes into mucosal and inflamed tissues.
MADCAM1 belongs to the immunoglobulin family and is related to ICAM1 and VCAM1. Multiple alternatively spliced transcripts have been identified, though some full-length variants remain uncharacterized.
