Target Information
Arfaptin 2는 trans-Golgi network에서의 MMP 분비 조절에 관여하며, 특정 cargo subdomain에서의 소포 생합성에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 또한 ATG9A 소포의 이동을 조절하여 자가포식 과정에 관여하며, IKBKB 및 IKBKG와의 상호작용을 통해 NF-kappa-B 억제에도 역할을 합니다.
