Target Information
SSR3 (signal sequence receptor, gamma), also known as TRAPG, encodes a 185-amino acid protein that spans the membrane four times and is expressed as a 20-kDa protein. It is associated with SSR1, SSR2, and SSR4 in canine pancreatic microsomes. The SSR3 gene is mapped to chromosome 3q25.31 (GRCh37).
