Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
MID1IP1 plays a role in the regulation of lipogenesis in the liver. It up-regulates ACACA enzyme activity and is required for efficient lipid biosynthesis, including triacylglycerol, diacylglycerol, and phospholipid production. It is also involved in the stabilization of microtubules.
