The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the TNF-receptor superfamily. It is preferentially expressed in mature B lymphocytes and may play a role in B cell development and autoimmune response. This receptor binds to TNFSF13B/TALL-1/BAFF, leading to NF-kappaB and MAPK8/JNK activation. It also interacts with TRAF family members, mediating cell survival and proliferation signals.
