Target Information
CD148은 최대 250 kDa의 고도로 당화된 막관통 단백질로, 세포외 영역에 8개의 fibronectin type III 도메인과 세포질 영역에 하나의 tyrosine phosphatase 도메인을 포함합니다.
이 단백질은 섬유아세포, 상피세포, 림프구(B, T, NK 세포), 그리고 골수계 세포(단핵구 및 과립구) 등에서 널리 발현됩니다.
CD148은 LAT 및 PLC-gamma와 같은 단백질을 탈인산화할 수 있으며, T 세포 활성화의 하향 조절에 관여합니다. 반대로, T 세포 활성화 이후 CD148 발현이 증가할 수 있습니다.
