The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. Purity is >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
MAP3K10 (MLK2) is a serine/threonine kinase that activates MAPK8/JNK and MKK4/SEK1. This kinase can be phosphorylated and activated by JNK kinases. MAP3K10 functions preferentially in the JNK signaling pathway and is involved in nerve growth factor (NGF)-induced neuronal apoptosis.
