Product Description
Listeria monocytogenes는 심각한 공중 보건 문제를 야기하는 주요 식중독 병원체로, 리스테리아증의 원인균입니다. 이 균은 그람양성, 통성 세포내성 세균으로 고온·저온 및 낮은 pH에서도 생존할 수 있습니다. 식품 가공 과정에서도 저항성을 보여 원유 및 치즈 등 유제품과 관련이 있습니다. 약 1000개의 세포만으로도 감염을 유발할 수 있으며, 임산부·신생아·면역저하자에게 특히 위험합니다.

Storage Conditions
