For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

CD147 (Basigin, Neurothelin, OX-47, 5A11, CE9, M6, EMMPRIN) is a 50–60 kDa glycoprotein with multiple glycosylated forms.
It is a plasma membrane protein involved in spermatogenesis, embryo implantation, neural network formation, and tumor progression.
CD147 belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily and is highly expressed in metabolically active cells such as lymphoblasts, inflammatory cells, brown adipocytes, and malignant tumor cells.
Functions include regulation of monocarboxylate transporter expression, extracellular matrix metalloproteinase induction, and integrin function modulation.
It plays roles in cell development, activation, fetal development, and retinal function.
