Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, an additional desalting step is recommended (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The THRA gene encodes a nuclear hormone receptor for triiodothyronine (T3), one of several receptors for thyroid hormone. It mediates the biological activities of thyroid hormone. Mouse knockout studies suggest that different receptors, while partially redundant, may have distinct roles in thyroid hormone function. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported.
