Target Information
cAMP는 다양한 세포 기능에 중요한 신호 전달 분자입니다. cAMP는 cAMP-dependent protein kinase (AMPK)를 활성화시켜 여러 표적 단백질의 인산화를 통해 신호를 전달합니다. AMPK의 비활성형 홀로효소는 두 개의 조절 서브유닛과 두 개의 촉매 서브유닛으로 구성된 사량체입니다. cAMP는 이 홀로효소를 분리시켜 네 개의 cAMP가 결합된 조절 서브유닛의 이합체와 두 개의 자유 촉매 서브유닛을 형성합니다. 인간에서는 네 종류의 조절 서브유닛과 세 종류의 촉매 서브유닛이 확인되었습니다. 이 유전자가 인코딩하는 단백질은 조절 서브유닛 중 하나로, 활성화된 촉매 서브유닛에 의해 인산화될 수 있으며 다양한 A-kinase 앵커링 단백질과 상호작용하여 AMPK의 세포 내 위치를 결정할 수 있습니다.
